If you have purchased subscription from Samaapan Private Limited and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a partial refund (Govt Taxes & forward fee won’t be refunded) if requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Process of Refund

To be eligible for a refund on any subscriptionthe following steps must be taken :

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
2. Request of refund must be made within 15days of the original purchase date
3. We expect you to fill the survey form stating the reason for refund. This is to ascertain the service gaps and to further improve customer experience.
